New Conversation

Create or add a new conversation.

  • Go to the Conversations page

  • Click New Conversation

  • Upload or select a Zoom recording summary

  • Review or edit the AI-generated content

  • Save the conversation

Edit Conversation

Update a conversation summary.

  • Open a conversation

  • Edit the summary content

  • Changes save automatically or on save

Delete Conversation

Remove a conversation permanently.

  • Open the conversation

  • Click Delete Conversation

  • Confirm deletion

  • Deleted conversations cannot be recovered

Link Conversation to Deal

Attach a conversation to a deal.

  • Open or create a conversation

  • Select Link Deal

  • Choose a deal

  • Save

  • The conversation appears in the deal activity

Link Conversation to Contact

Attach a conversation to a contact.

  • Open or create a conversation

  • Select Link Contact

  • Choose a contact

  • Save

  • The conversation appears in the contact activity

Focus Mode

Focus mode opens the conversation in full screen.

  • Open a conversation

  • Click Focus Mode

  • The summary expands to full screen

  • Exit focus mode to return to the conversations list
