Customize how conversations appear in the list view.
Conversations List View Columns
Control which columns are visible.
Go to the Conversations page
Switch to List view
Click Customize View
Toggle columns on or off
Close the menu
The list updates immediately
Pinned / Saved Views (Conversations)
Saved views let you store custom conversation views for quick access.
Go to the Conversations page
Apply filters, sorting, and column settings
Click Save View or Pin View
Name the view
Save the view
The view appears in the sidebar
Pinned views load the exact configuration that was saved.
