Tasks are used to track to-dos, follow-ups, and action items. Tasks can exist on their own or be linked to contacts and deals.
Filters
Filters help you find tasks based on specific criteria.
Go to the Tasks page
Click Filters
Select a filter field
Choose a filter option
Filters apply automatically
Multiple filters can be applied
Defaults
Defaults control how new tasks behave.
Default due date behavior
Default priority or status if set
Default linking behavior if applicable
Defaults apply to newly created tasks only
