Tasks are used to track to-dos, follow-ups, and action items. Tasks can exist on their own or be linked to contacts and deals.

Filters

Filters help you find tasks based on specific criteria.

  • Go to the Tasks page

  • Click Filters

  • Select a filter field

  • Choose a filter option

  • Filters apply automatically

  • Multiple filters can be applied

Defaults

Defaults control how new tasks behave.

  • Default due date behavior

  • Default priority or status if set

  • Default linking behavior if applicable

  • Defaults apply to newly created tasks only
