Customize how conversations appear in the list view.

Conversations List View Columns

Control which columns are visible.

• Go to the Conversations page

• Switch to List view

• Click Customize View

• Toggle columns on or off

• Close the menu

• The list updates immediately

Pinned / Saved Views (Conversations)

Saved views let you store custom conversation views for quick access.

• Go to the Conversations page

• Apply filters, sorting, and column settings

• Click Save View or Pin View

• Name the view

• Save the view

• The view appears in the sidebar

Pinned views load the exact configuration that was saved.
