Customization

Customize how contacts are displayed in the Contacts page and contact panel. Customization only affects visibility, not the underlying contact data.

List View

Control which columns appear in the contacts list.

• Go to the Contacts page

• Switch to List view

• Click Customize View

• Toggle columns on or off

• Close the menu

• The list updates immediately

Common columns include name, company, email, phone, tags, owner, last contacted, linked deals.

Contact Panel

Control what information appears when viewing a contact.

• Open a contact

• Click the three dot menu

• Select Customize Display

• Toggle contact attributes on or off

• Close the menu

• The contact panel updates immediately

Customization does not affect other views or contact data.
