The Inbox is where you manage LinkedIn conversations. It connects directly to your LinkedIn account and allows you to send, receive, and organize messages in one place.

The Inbox is designed to support inbox zero workflows, follow-ups, and deal-based conversations.

Connecting Your Inbox

Your Inbox connects by logging in with LinkedIn.

  • Log in to your LinkedIn account

  • Grant access

  • Your inbox syncs automatically

Initial Inbox Sync

When first connected:

  • Existing conversations are synced

  • Message history is imported

  • Contacts are created or matched automatically

LinkedIn Messaging

The Inbox allows you to:

  • Send messages to your LinkedIn connections

  • Receive messages in real time

  • Message new connections

  • View full conversation history

Inbox Zero

Inbox Zero helps you keep your inbox clean.

  • Archive conversations you are done with

  • Archived conversations return to the inbox when a new message is received

  • Add a follow-up date to hide a conversation until it is due

  • Add tags to organize conversations

  • Move conversations into other inbox views

  • Create filtered views and pin them to the sidebar

  • See recent engagement per conversation

  • View engagement trends

  • See an engagement leaderboard to track activity

Keyboard Shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts allow fast inbox navigation.

  • J moves to next conversation

  • K moves to previous conversation

  • T adds or removes tags

  • F sets a follow-up date

  • S changes pipeline stage

  • E archives or unarchives

  • U marks read or unread

  • Enter focuses message input

  • Cmd + Enter sends message

  • Shift + Cmd + Enter sends and archives

  • Option + Enter sends and continues
