What You Can Customize
Tone - Controls the overall feel of the draft. Options: Casual, Professional, Direct, Friendly.
Opener style - Sets the approach for first messages. Six styles available, from mutual-connection references to post-engagement hooks.

Contact name usage - Choose whether the AI uses the contact first name in openers only, every message, or never.
Recommended Setups
For Coaches and Consultants
Tone: Casual or Friendly (matches the relationship-first approach most coaches use in DMs)
Opener style: Post engagement hook or Profile-based (references something specific to start a real conversation)
Custom instructions: Add your resource name if you use a lead magnet approach
Name usage: Openers only (natural without being overly familiar in replies)
For Agencies
Tone: Professional or Direct (agency prospects expect a more structured approach)
Opener style: Mutual connection or Industry-specific (signals credibility immediately)
Custom instructions: Mention your niche or key differentiator
Name usage: Openers only or Always (depending on how casual your brand is)

Purchased credits never expire. Monthly allocation credits reset each billing cycle.
Common Pitfalls
Custom instructions that are too long - One clear sentence per rule is better than a paragraph explaining your entire sales process.
Tone mismatch - If your LinkedIn presence is casual, a professional tone in DMs creates a disconnect. Match how you actually communicate.
Forgetting placeholders - When the AI delivers a resource, it uses [INSERT LINK HERE]. Always replace it with your actual link before sending.
