  • Reorder views

  • Hide or show views

  • Pin important views to the sidebar

Inbox Zero Defaults

Inbox behavior can be customized.

  • When adding a follow-up date, choose whether conversations auto-archive

  • When tagging, choose whether to archive by default

  • These settings control inbox zero behavior

Display Options

Control what appears in the inbox list.

  • Show or hide tags

  • Show or hide follow-up dates

  • Show or hide pipeline and stage

  • Show whether a conversation has a deal

Customization affects display and workflow only and does not change message data.
